Ms. Puente, shareholder in our Pensacola office, is admitted to practice in Florida and Oklahoma. Ms. Puente represents clients in general liability and casualty claims, including automobile litigation, trucking litigation, construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, bad faith claims, pre-suit investigations, products liability, wrongful death claims, employment discrimination actions, malicious prosecution claims, defamation claims, first-party property and coverage, and professional liability. She has appeared in jury trials in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Before joining Wade, Palmer and Shoemaker, Ms. Puente practiced high profile defense, complex civil litigation, business litigation, and white collar criminal defense. She also represented elected public officials with claims of violating public trust, bribery, misconduct, impropriety, ethics violations, and public record requests.
